I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET

If everything is correct, you should have received a shipping email from us. In that email, you will find a track & trace code, with which you can track your order on its journey to you. You can find more information about your tracking link here: How Track & Trace works.

IF YOU SEE THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO UPDATE IN THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR SEVERAL DAYS:

It can sometimes take a few business days for the tracking info to show the first update. Please check your confirmation email and verify that the address you entered is 100% correct. If it seems like your package is stuck somewhere, please contact us and let us know if there is an issue with the delivery address or the recipient's name. Our customer service team will come up with a solution as soon as possible. If the postal service has lost the package, we will ensure that a replacement order is sent to you. We will initiate an investigation with the postal service regarding the missing package. Usually, it will eventually show up somewhere, possibly at a depot in the wrong box or a dark corner, and will be returned to us.

HOW DOES TRACK & TRACE WORK?

You can find your track & trace link in the shipping email you receive from us once your package has been sent. Didn’t receive this email? Please contact us, and we will resend it.

Depending on the chosen shipping method, it may take up to 48 hours for your package to be registered with the local postal service, and for you to be able to track it.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

You accidentally made an impulse purchase during that hazy Saturday night. Or you just realized that bright orange isn’t really your color. That happens to everyone!

That’s why at Barbara's, you can return or exchange any order purchased from us within 30 days.

You will receive a full refund within 21 days.

If you wish to return a product, it must be returned to Barbara's Wallet with all accompanying items and (if reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging.

If you want to return the product, you can contact us. We will send you a return label.

WARRANTY

The warranty covers all leather products for 24 months.

The advertised product must have mechanical defects. It cannot be flaws such as a tear caused by us, only if it is a manufacturing defect.

All products sent for warranty will be sent for inspection, and we will then contact you to arrange the next steps.

Other products are covered by a one-year warranty.
